One of the things we looked forward to when we moved back to Maryland was going on Sunday walks. It reminds me that we need to try and go one another one this Sunday.
There is a trail of sorts - mowed grass - that leads from off our street to the near by horse park. We went for a walk there first. I had aspirations of me and the kids walking to this park a lot, but they got a little impatient on the walk there. So now we usually stop at the park on the way home from school.
There is a trail that runs along the town of Charlotte Hall and goes by the library and a few other places.
The kids like it because they can bring their scooters. The only complication is Autumn desperately wants to ride Leah's pink scooter. But of course she can't actually ride and keep up. OH yeah, and keeping the kids out of the way of the bicyclists that come through.
I always feel sorry for the baby in the stroller that isn't in the pictures. So, here is our sleeping little Lance. It is amazing how fast babies grow. I was putting him in the carseat today and noticed his feet hang off the edge now. It is so hard being a Mom where one minute you can't wait for your child to grow into the next stage, but the next minute you wish you could freeze them so they never grow any more.
